@hsluoyz When a casbin adapter is added, it can be used to sync the policies by an enforcer initialized by the adapter. But the policies are not used in casdoor at all.
By now enforce apis create enforcers with a permission specified in the api params (permissionId/modelId/resourceId). If enforce apis provide a param like adapterId, we can use it to create an enforcer with the policies synced by the adapter.

I feel a little bit confused about the meaning of owner of application.
In object.Application, I found owner is used to find the related organization, so it means that owner is the owner of an organization?
