Is casbin-rs a pure Rust implementation or bindings to another language?

Hello, I've read the readme for casbin-rs, but I don't see whether that crate is bindings to something else or a pure implementation? If it is a pure implementation, is documentation on casbin's site 100% relevant? If it's bindings, do I have to have different compilers or libraries installed? Thank you.

No, I didn't find any mistake in docs. I just wanted to ask how does it interact with the reference implementation, aren't there some sync problems etc.I assume you meant "pure" instead of "pull", okay, thanks for the answer!
