Best approach to filter data when listing from the database based on access control

Hi, what would be the best approach to filter data when listing from the database? Think "I want identifiers of all objects of type X that I have access to, so I can use these identifiers to query the DB"?

BatchEnforce still requires me to get all the objects from the DB first and then run BatchEnforce on ALL of them to see which ones I can or cannot see, which is costly. I was thinking I could get Casbin to list all the available objects first and then query the DB.
