How to match request when p.obj does not exist in policy without custom code?Mar 2023

Hi,
Let's say I have a simple ACL model with just p, obj, act.
I want to match when r.obj==p.obj && r.act==p.act or when p.obj does not exist in the policy (the database), how would I go about doing that without custom code before calling Enforce ?
