Now application got created the user is also create not able to see the user details on casdoor UI and how do we do the multi tenant signin

I need to help in creating multitenant application using casdoor, i create new org from owner admin, when creating application from newly created org its not getting created, then i used owner admin when creating application it got created. now when application is getting created if signuphtml and signinhtml is is giving empty or not passing this two keys the application details not able to see on casdoor ui, getting this error at web console (using saas application of casdoor )
