What is the self-service URL for a user logged into a specific app via OIDC?Dec 2025

Hi everyone. I am having trouble figuring out what the self-service url would be for my user logged into app "APP" on organization "app". Just going https:///account does not work, since it wants me to log into the built-in app. I am not using any of the SDKs. (OIDC only)
