Cannot create PR for jdbc-adapter long-lived connection pool issueJul 21

Hey, Greetings everyone,
we were facing issues with the adapter in terms of long lived connections and not being picked from the pool.

So I created an issue here: https://github.com/apache/casbin-jcasbin/issues/528
I have the same issue in the adapter: https://github.com/apache/casbin-jcasbin-jdbc-adapter/issues/93
I have the changes but I am not able to make a PR in the adapter repo.

Can anyone please help?
