I don't think you have the permission to edit channels here

Because I don't need or want to see all of them. Every other server lets you edit which ones you see.

most of them. I don't use ruby, .net, dart, etc.

I am in a lot of servers. It helps reduce cognitive overload.

I don't know how to let you customize what you can see. Is there any Discord setting I can configure?

Server settings → Community → “Enable Community” ?
