SAML custom provider XML metadata parse fails and SSO redirects to /login/oauth/null

Hey 👋 , i tried setting up casdoor custom/saml setup with this documentation, i found two issues described below

1. when i tried putting xml metadata in this filed and click on parse it is not working failing evne the xml is correct.
2. than i manually fill all the details and than when at login page i click at the saml icon for sso login it is not working it is loading and if you see the url it is redirected to /login/oauth/null when we click on SSO icon

can someone help me with this i am trying yo integrate sso with saml
