Reply stuck at "Publishing" until page refresh

There is another new issue currently in casnode. After I replied to a post, the status remained stuck at "Publishing", but when I manually refreshed the page, I found that the comment was successfully posted. Here are the screenshots and relevant logs.

The version is the latest version on GitHub.
