Make Casdoor compatible with third-party platform not responding to OAuth state parameter

@hsluoyz Hi, the third-party platform does not respond to the state parameter of oauth. Apart from modifying the source code, is there any way to make Casdoor compatible like selected an app as default without verification? Thank you.

we will never disable security verification. That's a bad idea
