Kubernetes ingress auth without oauth2-proxy and CasWAF db timeout errors

Hi, everyone.
I need a little help.
For now i successfully deploy casdoor on k8s cluster and configure local ldap and m2m auth with oauth proxy which much easier than with keycloak.

I have a few questions:

1. Can I configure auth to app on k8s cluster accesible thru ingress server by ingress-nginx without using oauth2-proxy or its safer approach
2. How to deploy on k8s caswaf - it's very interesting tool which I want to test but all my eforts end with error in logs:

wait-for-it: waiting 15 seconds for db:3306 wait-for-it: timeout occurred after waiting 15 seconds for db:3306 Starting CasWAF with auto-recovery mechanism... Started supervised process with PID: 26 casdoorsdk.GetCerts() error: Unauthorized operation StartMonitorSitesLoop() Start!

My configmap:

I have the same deployed mysql database for casdoor for test purpose and app is working.
Also I've check id, secret app name everything is correct
