to enable MFA for a manually created org, I think you should go to your account’s security settings and choose “Use an authenticator app.”
Scan the displayed QR code (or enter the key) with your authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy.
then enter the generated 6 digit code to confirm and activate MFA.
