How to add custom signup items to the registration form?

hello, im new here 🙂 maybe someone would be so kind to answer my question, thanks in advance! i want to add custom signup items to the registration form and to the organization and user sites as well. is that possible? if not, is there a workaround? maybe change configuration files?

I don't get you

I think he want's to add inputs to the existing "register" form of casdoor

Casdoor itself is also a Casdoor application named "built-in-app", you can just modify that setting, is this what he wants?
