How is the 8-hour premium support response time calculated?

Hi There! I recently signed up for a paid premium Casdoor plan and submitted a support request. Per the website, there’s an 8-hour response time for support requests. Is that 8 hours from when the request is submitted? Or is that in working hours (eg Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm)? If working hours, what are those working hours?
