Group object Name column unique constraint causes conflicts across organizations

Why is the Groupobject the only one that has Name column set to unique? We have a product and it uses Casdoor for SSO. We have multiple casdoor organizations and the group names are sometimes in conflict because org A and org B can have group X. It looks to me like a bug. Because other objects have a composite primary key (name + owner), and group does not.
