Filter out applications seen by a user on the /apps dashboard

Hi folks, quick question, is there a way to filter out the application list seen by a user when he goes on its dashboard using /apps?

yes, add a Deny permission for that user and that app

With an enforcer, you can check the permissions from external with the enforce api.
The Permissions model hat an Effect field, which you can use for that as far as I know.
