Enforce rules using a custom enforcer and user groups stored separately

Hi, is there a way to enforce rules using a custom enforcer and user groups? Currently, the user groups are stored in a different (standalone) enforcer that just holds the user groups, separate from the enforcer I am using to store user policies.

in casdoor, you should use the same enforcer. If in casbin directly, you can customize an adapter to do what you want
