I don't think this is already supported but let me know if I'm wrong. I'm looking for Duo 2FA support.

I don't know what you mean. 2FA is just a concept about 2nd time auth. Casdoor has supported that. It's not vendor specific. Duo seems to be a vendor
I don't know what you mean by supporting Duo.
I'm confused as well lol. So in our current setup, when you login you get the Duo prompt on your phone. This is intiated and managed by our IAM.
