Docker all-in-one image uses MySQL instead of SQLite for testing

New to casdoor, looking for a easy oauth solution for a mvp.

The simple Docker solution does not work, created an issue. https://github.com/casdoor/casdoor/issues/3991

I am a bit surprised to see "casdoor-all-in-one" with mysql, still not recommended for production. why mysql, why not simply use sqlite for a simple testing image?
