Different visibility scopes for different users on built-in application?

Is there any method for having different users having different visibility scopes on the app-built-in application? I would like to have my admin tribe and managing another tribe that has only the shopping visibility (Product listing, purchase, payment, ...), can it be achieved out-of-the-box or should I implement it aside ?
