Difference in JSON structure for Permissions in access token vs UserInfo endpoint

Hi @hsluoyz , it might be a stupid question to ask, but I'm curious about the difference in JSON structure for Permissions within the access token compared to the Permissions returned by the UserInfo REST API endpoint. Could you highlight some use case for these.
I'd appreciate any insights you can share!
