Casbin editor returns unexpected true results for policy evaluation

hey guys, I'm newbie here and trying define casbin rules in the casbin.org/editor. I read through the docs but I don't know why the 2nd request in picture below is allowed. Is it because the editor having bug or I'm misunderstanding anything? Thank you

for now, you can switch the option to Java or Go in the editor to get the correct result
