Hello Casdoor Team,
We’re using the hosted Casdoor service provided by Casbin (not self-hosted) and are working on our backup and disaster recovery planning.
Could you please help us understand:
• What backup mechanisms are handled on your side for the hosted Casdoor service?
• Is there any way for customers to export or back up their Casdoor data (users, applications, configs, etc.)?
• What is the recovery process in case of data loss or a major incident on the platform?
• Are there any limitations regarding data restore or migration between versions?
Our goal is to ensure we can recover quickly if something happens.
