hi! we are one of your paying customers and unfortunately we had a huge outage, the auth service was unavailable for more than 15 hours, which is almost the double of the max yearly outage (99.9% SLA), the incident has been resolved just now
is there any way to prevent these kind of outages in the future? we are considering to switch to the self-hosted version because these downtimes are quite frequent (but fortunately shorter)
