Appending user to role is too slow with 40 permissions

@hsluoyz when i append user to role it is too slow for this request, i have 40 permission in casdoor system

i tried using new casdoor version and initializing new db but nothing change

can you dump all DB tables (after necessary anonymization) into sql insert files (.sql) and send it to me for reproduce?
