SIr, I want to participate in GSOC 2020 and i want to contribute in the logger project which is to be codded in RUST. But can't understand what you want from us to build and what functions do you want in it. So I request you to please elaborate it precisely. I will be very thankful to you. I am also sending you the attachment of your idea which i want you to elaborate please.
