V2EX 对于 Tag 的实现之前是使用 jieba 分词，维护自己的词库。
我认为这个功能很可能会做的不是很理想，我能想到解决简单方案是使用现有的分词工具将正文和标题分词，然后维护有本地的一个停词表，当分词命中停词表时，即打上这个 Tag。
